3/4" double swivel, Part No. AKSTS-3/4, is a popular item where stabilizers are used for anchoring. A line from the vessel to the swivel keeps the cable from twisting and snarling.
The Kolstrand double swivel is also very helpful when cruising. By having a line from the bow of the vessel to the swivel helps the stabilizer from lagging back too far.
