Kolstrand 4 Inch Nylon Block- V-Sheave and Swivel

I bought a pair of these to make my own rolling clothesline. I had a single, old Kolstrand brass pulley (no longer made) and was surprised to see a company was still manufacturing in the U.S. under the old Kolstrand name. This nylon version of the old 4" beass pulley block (there used to be a 6.25" version as well) is well made but if found that even though the brass bushing inside rubs fairly smoothly against core of the nlyon wheel, there is considerable friction when the pulley is under load. Thus, I had to open it up and replace the bushing with a suitably wide bearing of the same diameter as the stock bushing. It now spins freely, even under load. This is a nice pulley nevertheless.
