Unique paddle-wheel design allows exhaust of the chopped bait by normally spinning the bearing-supported paddle-wheel as bait is being chopped. Should chopped bait collect near the exit area of the bait chopper, simply spin the paddle-wheel handle and centrifugal forces of the spinning paddle-wheel ejects the chopped bait from the bait chopper easily.
