Stainless steel gurdy davits are the perfect davits to use for the Kolstrand cross sound hand gurdy. Extra heavy davits are made out of marine grade schedule 80 stainless steel 1" pipe (measures 1 3/8" outside diameter), and come complete with pre-installed U-bolt arrangement, ready for you to hang your nylon lead blocks. The 4" nylon lead blocks are included in this package.
Please Note: This Package containing the cross sound hand gurdys, davits, sockets and trolling wire must ship via 'truck freight', and cannot be shipped by UPS.
Please Note: Any davit to be installed into the vessel must always be of adequate strength to handle not only the weight of the line hauler or gurdy, but the total intended hauling load. If in doubt, please consult with us or your naval architect for additional guidance.
