Bushing & Seal Kit fits Older Designed AK Gearboxes (PRE-2010) which were made by Kolstrand (Newer Designed Gearboxes Manufactured by Kolstrand incorporate Needle and Roller Bearings throughout, in lieu of Bushings.)
Kit Consists of the Following:
(1 Only) PC 34 Housing Cover Bushing
(1 Only) PC 13 Input Shaft Bushing
(2 each) PC 36 Brake Drum Bushings
(1 Only) PC 3 Main Output Shaft Bushing
(1 Only) PC 19 Shift Handle O-Ring
(1 Only) PC 26 Brake Handle Seal
(1 Only) PC 18 Shift Handle Sleeve Seal
(1 Only) PC 4 Main Output Shaft Seal
PARTS NOTE: Bushings are manufactured to fit Shafts which have "AS NEW" Tolerances. Should your existing shafts and bushings have excessive wear, simply replacing the bushings with this bushing kit might not restore all of your tolerance problem. Please measure your shafts, and contact us. We can tell you if you need to repair/replace your shafts now, while your gearbox is dis-assembled.
