Please Note: Welding is required to install level wind brackets to drum frame! If you don't have the capabilities to do the welding process, please consult with us! Ship your drum assembly to our shop (pre-paid) and we'll install the new automatic level wind onto your drum.
Precision-machined stainless steel diamond screw is housed in the square tube at it guides the level wind carriage with guide rollers (with the aid of the level wind pawl in the grooves of the rotating level wind screw) back and forth. As an Added benefit, a spare level wind pawl is included, fitted into the newly-designed level wind carriage for 'safekeeping'! Chain or drive Links (that were prone to failure on early-designed level winders) are now a thing-of-the-past.
All exposed level wind parts (carriage, rollers, tube, etc.) are designed to be snag-free. Your net will love this winder!
Give us your drum dimensions (width between the drum flanges along with the drum flange diameter, and the width of your drum frame) and we'll custom make our level wind to fit your drum perfectly!
