Simply ship your Power Block to us (Freight Prepaid), and we'll take care of the rest!
Your Power Block Assembly will be completely dis-assembled by out Skilled Technicians, inspected to determine if other parts need to be rebuilt or replaced (in which you will receive a quote for the recommended parts prior to replacement), the sheave will be stripped of the existing rubber, and then re-rubbered per out precise Specifications. Following the Re-rubbering processes, your Block will be re-assembled and hydraulically tested for proper operation prior to shipment back to you.
Basic Price listed Above covers ONLY the Kolstrand Labor to Dis-assemble your Power Block Assembly, strip the old rubber off the sheave, install new rubber onto your sheave, and Labor to Re-assemble and Test your Block Assembly. Should you need any additional Service Parts in the Overall Repair such as Bearings, Seals, Ring Gear, Pinion, etc., you will be invoiced for those additional items.
NOTE: Price DOES NOT include necessary Freight Charges (incoming or outgoing), and must be prepaid by the customer.
Additional Note: Should you desire to send ONLY your Sheave to be re-rubbered (not your assembled Power Block), no problem! Call for pricing. Price includes Stripping of your existing Rubber, Cleaning and Prepping your sheave for the new rubber, and Re-Rubbering your sheave with new rubber.
