Stainless steel sheave shim is 1/8" thick and is precision made by Kolstrand for the 17" line hauler and the sea Catcher 2N-S purse winch.
Shim is used to adjust the sheave Halves by spacing the sheaves.
Shim Measures 8" Outside Diameter X 5" Inside Diameter with (8) 5/8" Diameter Evenly-spaced holes that are on a 6-1/2" Diameter Bolt Circle. There are also (2) Extra Holes in the Shim, to allow 'Jacking Bolts' to be used, to assist in the removal of the outboard Main Drive Sheave, without ruining the shims that are used between the Main Drive Sheaves.
