The pricing covers all necessary shop labor to completely tear-down your gurdys, the inspection of all the parts, and De-greasing & Bead-Blasting of the Gurdy Spools and Mounts. Assembly Labor also included! And every gurdy gets Hydraulically Tested on our test-stand Prior to shipment!
Every gurdy gets the installation of the following Replacement NEW parts:
- New Foot Bushings
- New Spool Bushings
- New Stainless Steel Gurdy Bases with Isolator Rails
- New Gurdy Main Shafts (that are Turn Ground & Polished with milled 7/8" Hex)
- New Stainless Steel Valve Extension Handles & Brackets
- New Clutch Finger Adjustment Screws
- New Motor Mount Feet
- New Motor Mount Couplers
- New Motor to Shaft Couplers
- New Brake Band Dog Springs
- New Gurdy Handle Grips & Sleeve
- New Stainless Steel Zerks & Hardware
Every Gurdy gets Re-assembled and is Hydraulically Tested Prior to Shipment. The pricing does not include any in-coming or out-going shipment costs, to be at the responsibility of the customer.
