Stainless steel gurdy davits as manufactured by Kolstrand are the perfect davits to use for the Kolstrand power gurdys. Extra heavy davits are made out of marine grade schedule 80 stainless steel 1" Pipe (Measures 1 3/8 In outside diameter), and come complete with pre-installed U-bolt, ready for you to hang your nylon lead blocks. The 4" nylon lead blocks are included in this package.
Please Note: This package requires the customer to furnish all necessary hoses, piping, electrical components, etc. which are necessary to install the VTM pump/clutch and plumb from the hydraulic pump to the power gurdys. We will be more than happy to provide a quote for these necessary items upon request.
Please Note: Any davit to be installed into the vessel must always be of adequate strength to handle not only the weight of the line hauler or gurdy, but the total intended hauling load. If in doubt, please consult with us or your naval architect for additional guidance.
